Shipping & Delivery
Every Devkosh order ships free and insured within India. We do not ship outside India at the moment; if you live abroad, please contact us and we will try to help.
When your order leaves us
- Loose gemstones: energization takes 2 to 3 business days before dispatch.
- Made-to-order jewellery (pendants, rings, bracelets): typically 7 to 12 business days before dispatch, because each piece is crafted only after your order is confirmed.
- Raksha Kavach: dispatched within 3 to 5 business days, after energization if you choose it.
- Crystal bracelets and décor: dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, including energization where applicable.
Courier time is added to the dispatch time: delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days from dispatch, and remote locations can take longer. Tracking details are shared by email once your parcel is on its way.
Your delivery address
Your parcel is sent to the address entered at checkout, so please check the name, phone number, city and PIN code before paying. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may need a reshipping fee.
Receiving your parcel
Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the sealed package to the item. It is needed to support any claim for a wrong, damaged, missing or defective item. See Returns & Replacements.
