devkosh.com is operated by Wavenodes Technologies under the brand Devkosh ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or ordering from us you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Replacements policy. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be of the age of majority to order, or order with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms. Please give accurate details and keep access to your account and email secure.
2. Products, natural variation and energization
Gemstones, crystals and beads are natural: colour, pattern, inclusions, weight and size vary, and images are representations. Energization is performed where offered and may add 2 to 3 days before dispatch. Our products are traditional spiritual and wellness items. They are not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice, and results vary from person to person.
3. Prices, taxes and availability
Prices are in Indian rupees and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel and refund affected orders. Availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit quantities per customer or order.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the item and send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or availability errors, or regulatory reasons, and will refund any amount paid. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
5. Shipping
Dispatch times depend on the item and any energization; see our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds follow our Returns & Replacements policy. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.
7. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use, reproduce and display them to run and promote the shop, royalty free. Please send only content that is yours, accurate and lawful. We may moderate or remove content.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to break the law, infringe intellectual property, harass anyone, spread malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or mine data, collect personal data without consent, commit fraud, or get around security or payment processes.
9. Intellectual property
The site's text, images, designs, logos and software belong to or are licensed to Wavenodes Technologies. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use; anything else needs our written permission.
10. Other websites and tools
Links to third-party sites and tools are provided as is; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for direct losses is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Wavenodes Technologies against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of law, or your infringement of anyone's rights.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer dispute processes available to you, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, courier or network outages.
16. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
